By accessing and using Vocal Meeting ("the Service"), operated by Campus On Click, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

Vocal Meeting provides enterprise-grade video conferencing, virtual classrooms, and educational collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in unauthorized scraping or data mining.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate billing information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus On Click shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
